In some rare circumstances, like using a private lending panel if you are unsuitable for the banks, I will charge an upfront fee due to the extensive amount of hours involved in these types of complex applications. However, this will be completely dependent on the application and complexities at hand and will be discussed with you for approval prior to continuing.

Every bank has different policies and depending on your personal circumstances, income type, security type etc, not every bank is going to be suitable. As a broker I can review our entire lending panel to find the best fit for you and present you with options!
You may want the lowest rate possible, or a bank with advanced technology and internet banking, you may want a bank that is self-employed friendly and understands the pain points and mitigates them at all costs. Whatever you are looking for – I can find the best options for you.
